Pilates is a physical conditioning method that allows you to develop both strength and flexibility simultaneously. It builds muscular strength and tone, improves posture, and enhances muscular balance by establishing proper body alignment—thereby connecting the mind and body.

Practice that connects the body, the breath, and the mind. This practice uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health.

Body Reformer

Pilates is practiced on a machine designed by Joseph Pilates called the Reformer. The Reformer features a sliding carriage, as well as ropes and springs that generate resistance, which combine with the resistance of one's own body during the exercises.
