Pilates Mat

Yoga & Mind
Practice that connects the body, the breath, and the mind. This practice uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health.
Body Reformer
Pilates is practiced on a machine designed by Joseph Pilates called the Reformer. The Reformer features a sliding carriage, as well as ropes and springs that generate resistance, which combine with the resistance of one's own body during the exercises.
Total Barre
It is a discipline involving music and a ballet barre that combines yoga, Pilates, and ballet, providing strength and flexibility.
